About these terms
This site is run by the Catholic Men’s Fellowship of Hawaii, a lay apostolate of the Diocese of Honolulu. Using the site means you accept what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.

Using the site
You are welcome to read, print, and share anything here for personal, parish, or fellowship use. Please do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, to misrepresent the fellowship, or to collect details about the men listed on it for any purpose of your own.
Please do not attempt to reach the site manager or any part of the site that is not public.
Event information
We keep the calendar as accurate as we can, but times, venues, and speakers change. Where an event matters to you, check with the chapter lead before travelling, particularly between islands.
Some details on the site are still being confirmed with the parishes. Anything not yet confirmed is marked as such on the page.
Registering for an event
Registering asks us to keep you a place; it is confirmed when we say so, not when the form is submitted. Where an event has a fee, your place is held once the fee is paid or once we have agreed otherwise with you.
No man is turned away from a CMFH gathering because of cost. If the fee is a difficulty, say so on the form and it is handled quietly.

Giving
Gifts support the conference, the retreat, the monthly breakfasts, and the running of the island chapters. Where you designate a fund we honour that designation.

Recurring gifts can be stopped at any time by writing to us.
Photographs and text
The photographs, text, and the fellowship’s mark on this site belong to CMFH or to the people who took the photographs, and are used here with permission. Please ask before reproducing them outside the fellowship.
If you are pictured and would rather not be, write to us and the photograph comes down.
Links to other sites
The site links to parishes, the diocese, and other organisations we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what appears on them.
What we can promise
The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or always free of error, and the fellowship and its volunteers are not liable for loss arising from its use, so far as the law allows.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Hawaii.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
